since i've spent all summer trying to catch up Japan I thought i'd give a quick update of Texas :O) We started out in el paso and 3 weeks ago moved to Laredo, Texas. It's still a border town but it does have some grass and trees--thank goodness :o) However, being in Laredo put us right in the path of Hurricane Dolly!!! We were supposed to get hit pretty hard with wind and rain, but it turned out being just fine :o) We took the kids out to experience the hurricane- uhh... rain :) so i thought i'd post a little water fun!!!
This was Wednesday night...it finally started to rain a little bit so we took Ty out to splash in the puddles. He loves the water :o)
We woke up to this the next morning and got to splash in these new puddles :o) ps- this is the same parking lot we played in the night before...

Glad to see that you are safe and having fun in the water :) You all look so cute in these pictures!
I bet Ty had so much fun in the water. I know Landon would have. It sounds like you are enjoying Texas. Are you there just for the summer? Have you checked out my blog? I sent you an email invitation.

Okay I'm glad you're alive, and not that we know the hurricane isn't deadly, that looks like so much fun! I'm sure the kids thought it was their own private gigantic swimming pool. Can't wait until you come home.
